Odissi practitioner, yoga teacher, and Kalaripayattu-trained movement facilitator with experience in blending classical dance, Indian martial arts, and wellness practices. She curates cross-border collaborations, conducts lectures, and performs at leading cultural platforms in India and abroad. With a background in both the arts and finance, she bridges tradition and contemporary practice to highlight Indian movement systems as pathways for performance and healing.
